Privacy notice

Last updated: [DATE]

This site belongs to the author P.B. Hushby. This notice explains what happens to your information if you join the newsletter.

What I collect

Your email address, and anything else you choose to give on the sign-up form. The newsletter service also records basic delivery data, such as whether an email was opened.

Why

Only to send you the newsletter and the free story you asked for. I never sell, rent or share your address.

Who processes it

Emails are sent through [MailerLite / Kit], which stores the list for me under its own privacy policy: [link to provider policy].

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your data deleted or to see what I hold, email hello@pbhushby.com.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. [If you add analytics later, say so here.]

This is a plain-language template, not legal advice. Have your lawyer check it, especially if you'll have readers in the EU or UK (GDPR).
